The Adams County Fairgrounds is home to some of the area’s most recognized events, including Adams County Fairfest, the Hastings Bridal Fair, the PRCA Oregon Trail Rodeo, and Kool-Aid Days. While these signature events bring thousands of people through our gates each year, they are only part of what we offer.

For years, event organizers of all kinds have relied on the Adams County Fairgrounds for quality facilities, experienced staff, and dependable support to help make their events successful. Our buildings and grounds are available to rent for a wide variety of events, both large and small. From weddings and receptions to conventions, trade shows, livestock events, community gatherings, and more, the possibilities are nearly endless.

Our facilities are designed to serve many different needs, and we are committed to helping every event run smoothly from start to finish. With experience in hosting a wide range of special events, our team is dedicated to making your event the best it can be.

The Adams County Fairgrounds also proudly supports agriculture and western heritage through our livestock facilities and permanent rodeo arena, which allow us to host 4-H exhibits and the annual PRCA Oregon Trail Rodeo.

In addition, we offer camper and trailer parking for overnight guests, event attendees, and camping groups. With 450 hookup spaces available, we offer a combination of water-only, water and electric, and full-service hookups that include water, electric, and sewer.
